About This Peptide
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide containing the active region (LKKTETQ) of Thymosin Beta-4 (TB4), a naturally occurring 43-amino acid protein found in high concentrations in blood platelets, white blood cells, and wound fluid. Its primary function revolves around actin sequestration, cell migration, and tissue remodeling. By enabling repair cells to move quickly to sites of injury, TB-500 accelerates healing across tendons, ligaments, muscle fibers, corneal tissue, and cardiac muscle.
